The messaging programme

Tiffany Black at WSW Realty LLC sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. Two kinds, and you choose each one separately when you give us your number:

• Transactional — replies to an enquiry you sent, showing and appointment details, and updates on a property or transaction you asked about.
• Marketing — new listings, price changes and Houston market updates.

You can agree to one, both, or neither. Neither is required to use this website or to work with us.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any text message and we stop texting you. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START if you want them again. Opting out of texts does not stop us answering you by phone or email.

Message frequency, and message and data rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply — that is between you and your mobile carrier, and we do not charge you for messages.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives, or when.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.

Privacy

What we do with your mobile number is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it only to send the messages you consented to, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
